H4 is a Small Business Administration 8(A) and Certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (CVE) providing systems integration services to the federal government. H4 supports Government Organization (GO), Non-Governmental Organization; pre-planning through post-crisis assistance in data management, data analysis, reporting, training, field deployment, equipment procurement, management, security, systems development and integration. Headquartered in Fayetteville, NC just minutes from Fort Bragg, H4 maintains close ties to activities and challenges facing the Intelligence and Special Operations Communities.

  • Technology Training – We provide Program of Instruction (POI), Training Support Packages (TSP), Interactive Multimedia Instruction (IMI), Distance/e-Learning, and Technical Manuals. H4 can not only assemble and coordinate these efforts; we can also execute the actual Training Execution, Exercise Planning, Orders, Role Players, and White Cell Operations.
  • Technology Sustainment – We assist Commercial/Government with transition of new technologies into legacy systems, current operations, and programs of record. Lastly, we provide logistical support for Operations and Maintenance (O&M) both in the Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside of the Continental United States (OCONUS).
