Stephen Hunter served as requirements and plans Officer in the Combat Development Division DCS, G8 (C4ISR) USASOC. Mr. Hunter was responsible for identifying cap ability deficiencies, acquiring and leveraging new and existing technology in order to fill these deficiencies with relevant and value added systems.
Stephen Hunter served as the resident SOF Technical expert providing advice and assistance to over 30 regular Army acquisition Officers, NCO and civilians. Mr. Hunter was responsible for equipment assessments, combat operational assessment visits and Sensitive Classified project initiatives at the Top Secret Level.
•Deputy Program Manager for Counter Intelligence Advanced Modernization (CHAMPION) defined roles and responsibilities and identifies resources and schedules required to meet the objectives of the Counterintelligence/Human Intelligence Advanced Modernization.
•Program – Intelligence Operations Now (CHAMPION) Joint Capabilities Technology Demonstration (JCTD).
•COTR for CALEB Improvised Explosive Device (IED), As COTR defined the scope of irregular warfare analysis (IWA) activities needed to support Operational level military operations, intelligence and operations research systems analysis for deployed U.S. and coalition forces in Counter-Improvised Explosive Device (C-IED) operations both in support of all U.S. Combatant Command Areas.
•Managed the command Asymmetric Software Kit (ASK) Detailed program regarding persons, locations, and events, to include the civil component, using “traditional” technical and non-technical “platforms”.
